The Cosmopolitan Hotel
Completed in mid-2011, the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino offers a unique Las Vegas experience. Along with General Contractor Perini Construction, Deutsche Bank has constructed a state-of-the-art resort housing 3,000 condo-hotel rooms, 150,000 sq. feet of convention space, a 75,000 sq. foot casino, an 1,800 seat theatre, and 300,000 sq. feet of retail and entertainment space. Component West has recently completed installing Drywall and Carpentry.
Planet Hollywood
Component West has completed work on the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino. The site houses a 1,500 seat showroom, 170 stores and 2,500 plush and stylish rooms and suites. Component West performed Drywall Installation, Rough Carpentry and Acoustical Ceiling installation for general contractor Tutor-Saliba.
The Encore @ Wynn Hotel
Component West has recently completed work on the new Steve Wynn Encore Hotel. Under construction manager Tutor-Saliba, the hotel holds 2,040 rooms, and will be known as the Encore. Component West's work included drywall and carpentry.
Juhl Condominiums
Component West has completed work at Juhl Condominiums. Under GC Turner construction, for owner Citymark Development, this 15 story mixed-use complex houses retail space and 341 residential units.
