US Army War College
The US Army War College General Instruction Building project in Carlisle, PA will include a new 4 story, 200,000SF academic building for the US Army Corp of Engineers Baltimore. CAS Scope includes: Interior/exterior metal stud framing, exterior sheathing, drywall, rough carpentry, fire-safing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings, acoustical wall panels, installation of doors/frames/hardware, drywall ceilings/soffits, acoustical plaster.
23rd & Market
23rd & Market St project includes a 19 story core and shell office building for IMC Construction. The main tenant will be the Morgan Lewis Law Firm. CAS Scope includes: Interior metal stud framing, shaft-wall, some exterior metal stud framing/sheathing, roof blocking, temporary protection, drywall ceilings and soffits, acoustical ceilings, installation of doors, frames and hardware, and edge of slab firesafing.
Lower Merion Middle School
The project includes a 3 story, 215,000sf Middle School for Lower Merion School District (Kobe Bryant’s alma mater) in Suburban Philadelphia. The Laurel
The Laurel is the tallest new condominium tower in Philadelphia’s Center City. The 48 story tower is located in Rittenhouse Square. Penn Charter School - Graham Athletics & Wellness Center
The Athletics & Wellness Center set to open in the Fall of 2021 will include: Fitness/Cardio Center, Training Room, Hydrotherapy, Nutrition Center, Basketball courts and a Wrestling room. CAS scope includes: Exterior/Interior framing, drywall, siding, wood ceilings and specialty panels.
Lehigh HST
Lehigh University's Health, Science and Technology Building project includes 190,000sf of classrooms and offices on their Bethlehem, PA campus. Hilton Garden Inn Camden
Camden Hilton Garden Inn is an 8 story load bearing structure which includes 180 guest rooms, lobby, amenities, kitchen, BOH areas. CAS Scope includes: Interior metal stud framing, load bearing panels, non-load bearing exterior stud framing/sheathing, drywall, insulation, edge of slab firesafing, roof blocking, acoustical ceilings, installation of doors/frames/hardware, temporary protection, drywall ceilings/soffits, installation of div 10 specialties, and installation of shower surrounds.
View II at Temple University
View II at Temple University is a 471,000sf student housing development that will have 984 beds in 368 units. One building is 18 stories and the second is a 12 story load bearing structure. The development included 20000sf of ground floor retail space as well. CAS' scope is interior/exterior metal stud framing, exterior sheathing, interior/exterior load bearing panels, shaft wall assemblies, drywall, tape and finish, acoustical ceilings, specialty ceilings and installation of door/frames/hardware.
UPENN College House
CAS recently completed the the University of Pennsylvania New College House project. Intech was the general contractor and the project was a 350-bed, college housing complex for the University of Pennsylvania, located on the block bounded by Chestnut and Walnut Streets, and 33rd and 34th Streets. This new student residence included social and academic spaces, dining for students, and other common and support spaces.
CAS scope of work included drywall, exterior cold formed metal framing and sheathing, Glu Lam/Wood Deck structural roof system at the Dinning and Entrance Halls, interior partitions, insulation, wood ceilings, acoustical ceilings, installation of millwork, installation of doors, frames and hardware, wood wall panels, fabric wrapped panels, and installation of misc. specialties.

FMC Tower
CAS recently completed the FMC Tower project located at 30th and Walnut Street in Philadelphia and which included the construction of a new, 1,000,000 SF, forty nine story, Office and Residential building for Brandywine Realty Trust. CAS completed shell work on the office floors (1-26) and also the fitout of the residential units on floors 28-48. Turner Construction Company was the CM on the project.

3601 Market Street
3601 Market Street is a high rise luxury apartment building offering studio, efficiency, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. There are 360 units total The property also includes 15,600sf of on-site restaurant and retail space. CAS scope of work included interior/exterior framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, installation of doors, frames, hardware, kitchen cabinets, and running trim for General Contractor Intech Construction, Inc.
Drexel Lancaster Square
The 580,000 sf development at Lancaster Avenue and 34th Streets on the campus of Drexel University features apartments and suites for more than 1300 students. There is 20,000sf of retail space located at street level as well as a student and community dining center. CAS scope of work included interior and exterior framing/sheathing, drywall, insulation, fire-stopping, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, installation of doors, frames, hardware, kitchen cabinets and running trim for Hunter Roberts Construction Group.
1213 Walnut Street
26 story, 300,000sf, 322 unit luxury residential tower located in the heart of Philadelphia. There is over 7,000 sf of retail space on the street level and over 11,000 sf of residential amenity spaces. The tower offers studio, one and two bedroom units. The building is LEED silver certified. CAS scope of work included interior/exterior framing and sheathing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, wood paneling, installation of doors, frames, hardware, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and running trim. Hunter Roberts Construction Group was the GC for this amazing project.
The Sands Hotel 
CAS has recently completed work on an 11 story Hotel adjoining the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, PA. The hotel features 300 rooms, 22 suites and 8000 sq ft of meeting space, as well as a pool and a fitness center. CAS installed drywall, framing, insulation, firestop, doors and frames.
Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (FTRC)
CAS has finished performing work on The Fisher Translational Research Center (FTRC). Under Construction Manager L.F. Driscoll Co. ,and for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, CAS performed Core and Shell work for this 12-story, 500,000SF research / clinical medicine building, as well as a fit-out of the three lower floors including the main lobby and auditorium. The Fisher Translational Research Center houses research initiatives that integrate a range of biomedical disciplines.
Albert Einstein Medical Center
The New Regional Medical Center is soon to be a state of the art Medical Center in the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. Designed to service the Southeastern Pennsylvania region, the NRMC will offer leading-edge clinical services and programs, as well as 146 patient beds, 96 surgical beds, a 22 bed Intensive Care unit and a 20 bed obstetrical unit. CAS has been tasked to install Drywall, Denshield, Acoustical and Specialty ceilings for General Contractor Gilbane Building Company. The hospital is scheduled to be completed in 2012.
Kimpton Hotel Monaco
The Kimpton Hotel Monaco is an 11-story Boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. The 270 room hotel is scheduled to be completed in 2012, and will feature a rooftop bar and lounge, as well as meeting rooms, ball rooms and a restaurant. CAS is installing drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and frames, and running trim for General Contractor Intech Construction, Inc.
